Get into the holiday mood by donating to Toys for Tots today! Students all around campus are asked to bring unwrapped, unopened toys for toddlers or to give donations of $5 or $10 that will go to the local branch of Toys for Tots. Sponsored by the social dorm resident counselors, Toys for Tots will be held in Davis basement tonight. Enjoy good company and food from Antonio's, Panda East, Wings and Sugar Jones. (Wed., Dec. 8 at 8 p.m., Davis basement. No admission charge.)

Be sure to catch Isaac Babel's play "Marya," which will be performed at Smith College tomorrow night to start off the three-day Isaac Babel Festival. The play explores one family's struggle to survive in post-Czarist Russia. "Marya" questions the hypocrisy and power shifts in Russia after the Revolution. Other Festival-related events will be hosted by Amherst College and UMass Amherst. (Thurs., Dec. 9 at 8 p.m., Theatre 14, Mendenhall CPA, Smith College. Tickets are $7 at the door.)

Don't miss the last Something Every Friday performance of the semester! Mt. Holyoke College has booked Eliot Chang, one of New York's premier comedian figures, to perform Friday night. Eliot has been featured on networks such as Comedy Central, Spike TV, NBC, Featured Comic, New Joke City with Robert Klein and Galavision. (Fri., Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m., Blanchard Campus Center Great Room, Mt. Holyoke College. No admission charge.)

La Lengua: Voices for the Voiceless, the highly anticipated disapora poetry concert featuring 15 poetry masters, including HBO Def Poetry Jam poets, slam champions and a special appearance by one of the founders of the Nuyorican Poetry Movement will take place this Saturday night. La Causa will sponsor this annual event now in its seventh year. (Sat., Dec. 11 at 12 p.m., Keefe Campus Center. No admission charge.)
