7/20, 1:35 a.m. Someone reported a suspicious person looking into windows at Stearns Hall. Officers investigated but found no one.

7/20, 10:54 p.m. Someone reported a suspicious person inside James Hall. Officers investigated but could not find anyone.

7/21, 9:48 a.m. Officers responded to a disconnected call from Alumni Gym.

7/21, 10:00 p.m. Steam activated the fire alarm in Valentine Hall.

7/22, 11:40 p.m. Officers responded to a noise complaint at Alumni House and issued a warning to quiet down.

7/24, 6:30 p.m. Someone reported a minor motor vehicle accident near the tennis courts.

7/25, 11:14 a.m. Someone reported a car fire in the Merrill parking lot.

7/26, 8:35 a.m. Officers assisted Town Police with a motor vehicle accident on Route 9 near the College entrance.

7/26, 9:23 a.m. Dispatchers sent an officer and ambulance to the front of Frost Library to assist someone who had fallen.

7/28, 12:35 a.m. A resident of Mayo-Smith House reported hearing the sound of glass breaking. Officers checked the area and found nothing. Officers notified Town Police.

7/30, 6:30 p.m. Burnt food activated a fire alarm at Tyler House. Officers reset the system.

7/31, 3:50 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a person who had fallen at Valentine.

8/1, 7:14 p.m. An officer interviewed a man near the faculty apartments. The man had no affiliation with the College.

8/4, 3:34 p.m. Officers investigated an intrusion alarm at the Bunker.

8/4, 7:10 a.m. Officers investigated a harassment complaint filed by an employee.

8/4, 9:05 a.m. A summer program participant reported the theft of two CD players and a wallet from Valentine.

8/4, 11:04 a.m. Someone reported that the vending machines at the Keefe Campus Center had been vandalized.

8/4, 2:15 p.m. A summer program participant reported a lost cell phone.

8/4, 4:33 p.m. Someone reported that a person was climbing the exterior wall of Barrett Hall. An officer stopped the person.

8/6, 12:48 a.m. Officers and an ambulance responded to Davis Hall, where a person was having a diabetic seizure.

8/6, 7:56 a.m. Officers investigated an intrusion alarm at the Bunker.

8/6, 11:10 a.m. A fire alarm activated at Appleton Hall for an uncertain reason.

8/8, 6:40 a.m. A custodian reported that a window at Morgan Hall had been smashed by a rock.

8/9, 4:44 a.m. Officers investigated an intrusion alarm at the Bunker.

8/11, 3:30 p.m. Officers responded to an animal complaint at Johnson Chapel.

8/12, 6:35 p.m. The tennis camp reported the theft of racket strings, t-shirts and jackets.

8/12, 6:52 p.m. A summer program participant residing in Seligman House reported that someone entered her room and defecated on her bed.

8/12, 7:09 p.m. Officers and an ambulance responded to Memorial Hill to assist a person who suffered an ankle injury.

8/15, 12:18 p.m. Dust from work in College Hall set off the fire alarm there.

8/16, 7:50 a.m. Steam from a shower activated the fire alarm in Jenkins Hall.

8/17, 11:00 a.m. Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident in front of Frost.

8/19, 11:17 a.m. Water leaking from a pipe activated the fire alarm at Wilson House.

8/20, 1:22 p.m. Officers assisted a person who injured his foot near Jenkins.

8/21, 7:05 a.m. Officers found Chapman House draped with toilet paper.

8/21, 10:43 a.m. Food service personnel reported the theft of a VCR valued at $90.

8/22, 2:10 a.m. Officers and an ambulance responded to Seeley House to assist an intoxicated student.

8/22, 5:16 p.m. An officer checked on an individual who was asleep in his car near Frost.

8/23, 11:20 p.m. A student reported a van had been parked near Garman and Porter Houses for three hours. Officers checked on the vehicle and no problem was found.

8/23, 11:30 p.m. An unknown cause set off the fire alarm in the Alumni Gym.

8/25, 1:36 p.m. Officers responded to a complaint that young unsupervised children were running around the Merrill parking lot. The responding officers found no one.

8/25, 2:34 p.m. A student reported an incident involving a dating relationship issue.

8/26, 1:05 a.m. Officers investigated the area after a summer program recipient reported being followed by someone in a black Honda. Officers could not locate the vehicle when they checked the area.

8/27, 5:39 a.m. An officer confiscated an unattended keg in the Mayo Smith common room while responding to a lock-out request.

8/27, 10:40 p.m. Amherst Police received a noise complaint for Mayo Smith. Officers investigated and found no noise or loud music.

8/29, 1:36p.m. Athletic Department staff reported the theft of a gray leather chair from the balcony area of the Cage. Staff valued the chair at $500.

8/29 10:23p.m. A resident of Leland House reported suspicious activity.

8/29 11:30p.m. Amherst Police reported receiving complaints about loud music coming from the

Fayerweather Quad. An officer responded and requested that the band stop playing.

8/29 11:38p.m. A resident of Newport House reported several youths attempting to gain access

to the house. No one was found when an officer checked.

8/30 1:03a.m. An officer and ambulance were dispatched to Moore to assist an intoxicated

student.

8/31 3:27a.m. A town resident complained about someone talking loudly at Hitchcock House.

All was quiet when an officer investigated.

8/31 7:22a.m. A fire alarm sounded at Valentine Hall due to a mechanical problem.

9/1 1:14p.m. A student reported the theft of a backpack which contained $200 in cash. The

backpack had been left unattended at Moore.

9/2 1:34a.m. Officers and an ambulance were dispatched to assist an intoxicated student at

North.

9/2 2:27a.m. Officers and an ambulance were dispatched to assist an intoxicated student at

Seligman.

9/2 6:35p.m. Officer responding to Hamilton for a lock out request confiscated an unlicensed

keg. One student was fined $100.

9/2 8:45p.m. Officers made a "well-being" check on a student at Milliken per request.

9/2 11:17p.m. A Town Resident complained about loud people in the Hitchcock parking lot.

Officers responded and dispersed a group of students.

9/3 12:41a.m. Officers and an ambulance were dispatched to South to assist an intoxicated

student.

9/3 1:32a.m. Officers investigated a duress alarm which originated from Hitchcock House.

9/3 2:03a.m. Attempted theft of furniture reported from Orr Rink.

9/3 2:57a.m. Officers and an ambulance were dispatched to Valentine to assist an intoxicated

student.

9/3 10:09a.m. An officer investigated a duress alarm which originated from Appleton.

9/3 12:35p.m. An officer was dispatched to Converse Hall to assist an ill student.

9/4 1:59a.m. Two students were found on the fourth floor of Stearns carrying fire extinguishers

they had taken from Stone. Both students were fined $100 each.

9/4 4:26p.m. Officers responding to a noise complaint at Hamilton confiscated an unlicensed

keg.

9/5 10:05a.m. A Professor reported his house has been "egged" twice in recent days.

9/5 10:30a.m. An officer passing by Stone and Crossett discovered shattered windows at the

entrance of both buildings.

9/5 12:22p.m. A College house on So. Pleasant Street was found burglarized. The house is

currently vacant.

9/5 1:32p.m. An officer investigated a duress alarm at Appleton.

9/7 12:07p.m. Officers investigated burning odor at Fayerweather Hall.

9/7 9:53p.m. An officer responding to a lock-out request at Seelye House discovered an

unlicensed keg. Residents were fined $100.

9/8 12:07a.m. A town resident complained about loud people between Hitchcock and Mayo

Smith. Officers responded and quieted a group of students who were in the area.

9/8 12:55a.m. Amherst Police reported a cell phone caller reported a person passed out on the

lawn of Seelye House. An officer investigated but no one was found.

9/8 2:08a.m. Officers investigated a domestic assault at Moore.

9/8 6:50p.m. An officer at James for a lock-out request discovered several students smoking

marijuana. They were identified and the matter was referred to the Dean of Student's office.

9/8 9:42p.m. Amherst Police reported stopping a motor vehicle on campus which contained a

keg.

9/8 11:09p.m. Fire alarm activated at Stone by a third floor detector possibly due to excessive

cigarette smoke. 11:57p.m. A second alarm was received. Two smoke detectors were found

disconnected and two unlicensed kegs were confiscated.

9/9 12:13a.m. Officers investigated a duress alarm at James.

9/9 12:21a.m. Officers investigated duress alarm at South.

9/9 10:48a.m. Motor Vehicle accident reported on Boltwood Ave. Amherst Police were

notified.

9/9 7:09p.m. A resident of Coolidge reported receiving a threatening telephone call.

9/9 11:20p.m. Fire alarm activated at Stone due to what appeared to be marijuana smoke.

Residents were fined $100.

9/10 12:08a.m. Officers and an ambulance were dispatched to Pond to assist an intoxicated

student.

9/10 1:36a.m. A resident of Pond complained about loud music on the second floor.

9/10 1:39a.m. An intoxicated female from Dartmouth College was found on the lawn near the

Campus Center. She was evaluated by an Amherst ambulance crew and was subsequently taken

into protective custody by officers.

9/10 2:50a.m. An officer was dispatched to the first floor of South to assist with an intoxicated

student who was creating a disturbance.

9/10 3:55a.m. A resident of Stone complained about someone using a megaphone at Crossett.

9/10 11:28a.m. An officer at Davis discovered a shattered window near the southeast entrance.
