A fire alarm was activated when someone pulled an alarm station for no apparent reason. Officers fined the residents $100.

2:04 a.m., Hitchcock

Officers responded to a noise complaint at Hitchcock and shut down an unauthorized party.

4:45 a.m., Jenkins Dormitory

A fire alarm was activated when someone pulled an alarm station for no apparent reason. Officers fined the residents $100.

9:40 a.m., Charles Drew House

An employee reported the theft of a sweatshirt valued at $40 from the common room. The sweatshirt was found the next day in the laundry room.

10:05 p.m., Newport House

Officers dispatched ACEMS to Newport to assist an injured student.

ACEMS assisted an injured student in Moore.

2:30 p.m., Alumni Gym

Officers responded to a complaint that unauthorized people were using the facility.

11:31 p.m., North College

Officers investigated a duress alarm at North.

12:31 a.m., James

Officers responding to a fire alarm detected marijuana smoke in a fourth floor room. The room's smoke detector had been covered. Residents of the room were fined $300. A smoke detector was also found covered in another room. Officers fined the residents $100.

March 9, 2001

1:50 a.m., Humphries House

Officers dispatched ACEMS to assist a student who was experiencing an allergic reaction.

2:11 a.m., South College

A resident of South complained about loud music coming from a fourth floor room.

2:18 a.m., Stone Dormitory

A resident complained about loud, intoxicated people in the stairway.

2:22 a.m., Stone

A fire alarm was activated when someone pulled an alarm station for no apparent reason. Officers fined residents $200. Officers confiscated a pipe which appeared to contain marijuana residue from a first-floor suite. Two unlicensed kegs were also found in the building, and officers fined the residents $100 each.

2:23 a.m., Stone

A resident reported the theft of a Macintosh laptop computer and a Nokia cell phone from an unlocked room.

9:37 a.m., Alumni Gym

Officers dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student in the Alumni Gym.

7:15 p.m., Hamilton House

Officers investigated a possible break-in at a basement storage room.

10:32 p.m., Arms Music Center

Officers removed an individual from the music building who had no association with the College and had no legitimate reason for being there.

A resident reported receiving a harassing telephone call.

A resident complained about loud people in the kitchen.

4:18 a.m., Stearns Steeple

Officers responded to an unauthorized entry into Stearns Steeple.

10:52 a.m., Valentine Hall

Campus Police dispatched an ambulance to Valentine to assist an employee who was having a seizure.

3:15 p.m., Appleton Hall

Officers dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student.

6:00 p.m., Dining Services Office

Officers investigated a threatening phone message left at the Dining Services office.

8:05 p.m., Morrow

Officers dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student.

8:55 p.m., Appleton

Officers investigated a duress alarm.

10:27 p.m., Hitchcock

A resident complained about a loud, unauthorized party in the house. Officers responded and issued a warning.

12:41 a.m., Hitchcock

Officers returned to Hitchcock for the second time and cleared the house. They also confiscated an unlicensed keg and fined residents $100 for the keg.

12:53 a.m., Morrow

Officers dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured student.

1:33 a.m., Stearns

Officers dispatched ACEMS to Stearns to assist an intoxicated student.

1:38 a.m., Seelye House

A resident complained about loud music in the basement.

2:00 a.m., Mayo-Smith House

A Town resident complained about a loud party. While officers were clearing the house, someone pulled an alarm station for no apparent reason. Officers fined residents $100.
