A student reported property missing from Tyler storage.

12:56 a.m., Humphries House

Officers assisted a non-student at Humphries who needed transportation home.

1:06 a.m., James Hall

A fire alarm activated at James for an unknown reason.

6:05 a.m., Valentine

Officers received a medical call regarding a resident of Valentine.

9:39 p.m., Stearns Hall

Officers confiscated alcohol from a room in Stearns when an officer assisted with a lockout.

12:53 a.m., Stearns

Officers received a noise complaint for Stearns.

2:08 a.m., Crossett Dormitory

Officer on patrol discovered two students with a keg near Crossett. The keg was confiscated and officers fined one student $100.

10:58 a.m., Pratt Dormitory

Officer investigated a duress alarm at Pratt.

1:37 p.m., Davis Dormitory

A student reported that a refrigerator was missing from Davis storage.

Officer investigated a duress alarm at Morrow.

3:07 p.m., South College

A fire alarm was activated in South by a fourth-floor detector for an unknown reason.

7:34 a.m., Keefe Campus Center

A vendor reported two signs valued at $50 stolen from the Campus Center.

2:02 p.m., Pond Dormitory

A fire alarm was activated in Pond by a detector in a second-floor suite for an unknown reason.

7:03 p.m., James

An officer on a lock-out call confiscated a bottle of an alcoholic beverage.

12:56 p.m., Pratt

Campus Police dispatched an ambulance and officer to Pratt to assist an injured visitor.

11:26 p.m., Stearns

An officer investigated a duress alarm at Stearns.

2:47 a.m., Tyler

A resident of Tyler reported what sounded like someone having a loud argument outside the building.

12:49 p.m., Seelye House

A resident of Seelye reported a man acting in a suspicious manner outside the house. Officers located the man and escorted him off College property.

3:32 p.m., Milliken Dormitory

An officer responding to a lock-out at Milliken discovered an unlicensed keg in the kitchen. It was confiscated and residents were fined $100.

7:16 p.m., Milliken

Officers dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student in Milliken.

8:02 p.m., South

Officers dispatched ACEMS to South to assist an injured student.

September 4, 2001

5:16 a.m., Valentine

Officers dispatched ACEMS to Valentine to assist an ill student.

1:35 p.m., Main Quad

An employee reported two men running naked in the rain on the main quad. The men could not be located when officers checked.

8:50 p.m., Crossett

A resident of Crossett complained about loud music coming from Pond.

September 5, 2001

9:08 p.m.

An officer responding to a lock-out request discovered a keg in the common room. The keg was confiscated, and one student was fined $100.

September 6, 2001

6:54 a.m., Tennis Courts

Campus Police dispatched officers and an ambulance to a medical emergency near the tennis courts.

11:05 p.m., Hamilton House

An officer responded to a report of an intoxicated man outside of Hamilton.

11:29 p.m., Jenkins Dormitory

A town resident complained about loud music, which was found to be coming from Jenkins.

11:30 p.m., Merrill Apartments

A resident of Merrill Apartments complained about loud music coming from the Social Dorm quad. At 12:22 a.m., Town Police reported receiving additional complaints from Town residents. Officers had the music shut down.

September 7, 2001

12:45 a.m., Social Dorm Quad

An officer broke up an argument between two men in the social dorm quad.

2:44 a.m., Crossett

Resident of Crossett reported that someone had just thrown a rock through her window.

9:54 a.m., Webster Circle

Vehicle parked on Webster circle was booted.

10:41 a.m., Webster Hall

An employee reported the theft of two oak tables from a room in Webster.

10:55 a.m., Seeley-Mudd

An employee reported the theft of two tables missing from two rooms in Seeley Mudd.

1:45 p.m., Drew House

A student reported his car was vandalized while parked in the Drew House lots. Some cut two spark plug wires.

3:39 p.m., Main Quad

Officers investigated a report of a man wondering the residence halls on the main quad distributing Pizza Hut flyers. The man was identified and escorted from campus since he was not authorized to solicit.

3:52 p.m., Stearns

Officers investigated a duress alarm at Stearns.

7:14 p.m., Milliken

Officers investigated a duress alarm at Milliken.

7:47 p.m., Kirby Theater

ACEMS and officers responded to the area near Kirby where a student stuck a sign post with his bicycle and was injured.

September 8, 2001

1:34 a.m., Morrow

Resident of Morrow complained about a speeding vehicle on Webster Circle.

2:39 a.m., Hamilton

ACEMS was dispatched to Hamilton to assist an ill student.

3:48 a.m., Stearns

ACEMS was dispatched to Stearns to assist an intoxicated student.

8:24 p.m., Stearns

Fire alarm activated at Stearns when smoke from birthday cake candles tripped a detector. Residents were fined $100.

September 9, 2001

12:44 a.m., Pond

ACEMS was dispatched to Pond to assist an intoxicated student.

1:26 a.m.

ACEMS was dispatched to Seelye House to assist an student who accidently cut himself.

9/9 1:32a.m. Officers investigated a report of the sound of breaking glass near Appleton.

9/9 1:40a.m. Officers investigated a duress alarm at Valentine Hall.

9/9 8:10p.m. Fire alarm activated at Pond due to excessive cigarette smoke in one suite. Residents of that suite were fined $100.

9/10 9:00a.m. Officers investigated a report of an unknown man showering in the first floor restroom at South. The man was identified as a non-student who was visiting an Amherst student that lived in Coolidge.

9/10 14:00p.m. Six vehicles parked in the O'Connell lot were found burglarized. Several were entered forcibly and two were unlocked. Electronic equipment and CDs valued in excess of $2000 was stolen.
