1:58 p.m., Valentine Dining Hall

A fire alarm activated accidentally at Valentine in the food service department.

3:07 p.m., Bike Path

Campus Police dispatched an ambulance and officer to the bike path to assist a man who suffered a shoulder injury.

8:53 p.m., Frost Library

Campus Police received a report of writings on the wall of both elevators at Frost.

9:59 p.m., Campus Center

Campus Police received several noise complaints about an event taking place inside of the Campus Center.

September 19, 2001

2:19 a.m., Main Quad

A visitor to the College reported the theft of a Seiko watch from his vehicle, which was parked on the main quad.

11:10 a.m., Campus Center

Officers responded to the Campus Center to assist a visitor who was acting in a disoriented manner.

9:59 p.m., Garman House

A resident of Garman reported that her vehicle was vandalized while parked in the house lot. The vehicle appeared to have been "keyed."

September 20, 2001

1:14 a.m., Pond Dormitory

Officers responding to a noise complaint on the second floor of Pond discovered an unlicensed keg. Officers fined the room group $100.

1:32 a.m., Mayo-Smith House

Officers responded to a complaint of loud people in the Mayo-Smith parking lot who were pushing the dumpster around.

September 21, 2001

12:12 a.m., Pond

A resident of Pond complained about a loud party on the second floor.

1:35 a.m., Social Dorm Quad

Officers responded to a noise complaint for the social dorm quad and discovered a student throwing a beer keg around.

10:31 a.m., Webster Circle

Officers booted a vehicle parked on Webster Circle.

11:02 a.m., Pond

Workmen accidentally activated a fire alarm at Pond.

10:06 p.m., Garman

A resident of Garman complained about loud music. The responding officer determined that the music was coming from the Lord Jeffery Inn.

11:19 p.m., Seligman House

A town resident complained about a loud party at Seligman. A second complaint was received at 12:46 a.m., and a third was received at 1:06 a.m. Officers shut the party down. They also discovered a small amount of marijuana, which was confiscated from a first floor room.

September 22, 2001

8:02 a.m., Moore Dormitory

Officers responded to a medical complaint at Moore.

3:21 p.m., Crossett Dormitory

A resident of Crossett reported the theft of his unlocked bicycle from the basement of Crossett.

8:00 p.m., Crossett

An officer patrolling near Crossett discovered a student with an unlicensed keg. The keg was confiscated, and the officer fined the student $100.

9:48 p.m., Coolidge Dormitory

An officer checking Coolidge discovered an unlicensed keg in the basement. The officer fined the residents $100.

11:28 p.m., Stearns Hall

A resident of Stearns complained about loud people and noise on the third floor.

September 23, 2001

12:49 a.m., Crossett

Campus Police received two complaints about students gathered in front of Crossett making noise.

12:58 a.m., South College

Officers dispatched ACEMS to South to assist a student who was not feeling well.

1:33 a.m., Leland House

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at Leland.

2:19 a.m., Morrow Dormitory

Officers dispatched ACEMS and an ambulance to Morrow to assist an intoxicated student.

4:01 a.m., Stone Dormitory

An officer checking on excessive noise coming from Stone discovered an unlicensed keg in a third-floor suite.

4:13 a.m., Crossett

A resident of Crossett complained about loud music coming from a first-floor suite.

September 24, 2001

12:22 a.m., James Hall

Campus Police dispatched officers and an ambulance to James for a possible overdose.

9:50 a.m., Stone

Campus Police recovered two tables at a suite in Stone that were taken from a room in Seeley Mudd.

10:56 p.m., Jenkins Dormitory

Residents of Jenkins complained about loud people and noise coming from Taplin.

12:53 p.m., Pratt Dormitory

Officers checked on a duress alarm at Pratt.

September 25, 2001

12:25 a.m., Crossett

A resident of Pond complained about loud music coming from Crossett.

8:24 a.m., Frost Library

An employee reported graffiti written on the elevator walls at Frost.

9:51 a.m., Converse Hall

An employee reported the theft of a leaf blower from Converse.

September 26, 2001

6:40 a.m., Campus Center

An employee reported graffiti written on a mirror at the Campus Center. Similar writing was found in a stairwell in Frost Library.

10:53 a.m., Pratt

Officers dispatched ACEMS to Pratt to assist a student who suffered an ankle injury.

1:48 p.m., Webster Circle

Officers ticketing vehicles on Webster Circle observed two weapons inside a vehicle. The owner, an employee, was contacted, and the weapons were removed from campus.

6:18 p.m., Mayo-Smith

Officers dispatched ACEMS to Mayo-Smith to assist a student that had fallen.

September 27, 2001

12:35 a.m., Pratt

Officers responded to Pratt for a complaint of yelling on the fourth floor.

12:49 a.m., Valentine Hall

Officers investigated a duress alarm at Valentine.

1:10 a.m., James

Officers dispatched ACEMS to James to assist an intoxicated student.

Officers investigated a duress alarm at Hitchcock.

1:50 a.m., Jenkins

Officers dispatched ACEMS to Jenkins to assist a student who was having difficulty breathing.

2:26 a.m., James

Officers responded to James for a report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance on the third floor.
