ACEMS and an officer attended to a person who fell on the front steps.

3:30 a.m.

Campus Police issued a trespass notice to an individual.

5:19 a.m., Keefe Campus Center

An officer investigated three men who were observed leaving the building.

11:41 a.m., Valentine

An officer responded to a report of a man sleeping in the lounge. The man was escorted off campus since he had no legitimate reasons for being in the building.

11:37 p.m., Hamilton House

Campus Police dispatched ACEMS and an ambulance to assist a student who was having an adverse reaction to an insect bite.

12:09 a.m., James Hall

An officer confiscated a bottle of alcohol from an underage student.

2:07 a.m., Humphries House

Campus Police dispatched ACEMS and an officer to assist an intoxicated student.

2:12 a.m., Garman House

Campus Police towed a vehicle that was blocking the driveway.

3:30 a.m., Hitchcock House

An officer checking the residence discovered an unlicensed keg in the common room and fined residents $100.

10:37 a.m., Hitchcock Field

Campus Police dispatched an ambulance to assist an injured soccer player.

10:46 a.m., Moore Dormitory

An officer investigated a duress alarm at Moore.

2:42 p.m., Hitchcock Field

Campus Police dispatched an ambulance to assist an injured soccer player.

A resident reported the theft of a television from the storage room.

An employee reported his license plates were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in the lot.

An officer investigated a duress alarm.

9:30 p.m., Crossett Dormitory

An officer observed a student near the residence with an unlicensed keg and fined that student $100.

An officer found a student outside the residence with an unlicensed keg and fined the student $100.

An officer, ACEMS and an ambulance responded to a report of a man passed out along the road near the residence.

12:33 p.m., Pond Dormitory

An officer responded to assist an intoxicated student.

1:29 a.m., Mayo-Smith House

An officer discovered an unlicensed keg in the common room and fined residents $100.

2:00 a.m., Hitchcock

A town resident complained about a loud party at the residence. The responding officer found the party was across the street and notified the Town Police.

2:38 a.m., Garman

An officer responded to a noise complaint on the second floor.

3:56 p.m., Freshman Quad

An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding and issued the driver a citation.

8:03 p.m., Moore

Student reported the theft of a refrigerator from storage.

10:04 p.m., James

An officer, ACEMS and an ambulance responded to a report of an intoxicated person who was passed out.

10:58 p.m., Plaza

ACEMS responded to assist an ill student.

September 2, 2002

12:11 p.m.

A professor reported receiving a suspicious package in the mail. The item was examined and nothing harmful was found.

11:52 p.m., Mead Art Museum

Officers responded to a report of two art sculptures being vandalized outside the museum.

12:41 a.m., Valentine

An officer responded to a noise complaint on the second floor.

2:40 p.m., James

An officer investigated a duress alarm.

8:43 p.m., Newport House

An officer responded to a fire alarm that had been pulled by a student for no apparent reason. The officer fined residents $100.

September 5, 2002

12:49 p.m., Frost Library

ACEMS and an officer responded to assist an ill student.

9:25 p.m., Appleton Hall

Campus Police received a complaint about people selling magazine subscriptions door-to-door. The people could not be located when an officer checked the building.

September 6, 2002

12:16 a.m., Moore

An officer responded to a complaint of loud people outside the building.

12:26 a.m, Stearns Hall

An officer passing through the residence confiscated alcohol from a student's room.

7:49 p.m., Tyler House

An officer investigated a duress alarm.

9:10 p.m., James

An officer passing through the residence confiscated alcohol from a student's room.

11:18 p.m., Moore

An officer responded to a fire alarm that was activated when popcorn was burned in a first-floor room. The officer fined the resident $100.

September 7, 2002

12:44 a.m., Seligman House

An officer on patrol observed several lit candles in a window. The officer fined the student $100 for creating an endangering situation.

2:21 a.m., Hitchcock

An officer observed a keg in the kitchen and fined residents $100.

3:10 a.m.

A town resident complained about loud people in the area of Walnut Street. Responding officer found the noise was coming from people leaving a gathering at the Octagon.

4:30 p.m., North College

Campus Police received a complaint about two men selling magazine subscriptions door-to-door at North. The responding officer located the men, informed them of proper procedures to follow to obtain authorization to sell on campus and escorted them off campus.

5:41 p.m., Tyler

ACEMS responded to assist an injured student.

10:22 p.m, Hitchcock

ACEMS and an ambulance responded to assist an intoxicated student.

11:20 p.m., Fayerweather Hall

An officer on patrol found two students smashing a chair near the building.

11:25 p.m., Pond

ACEMS assisted a student that suffered an adverse reaction to a bee sting.

September 8, 2002

Officers towed a vehicle parked in the nearby fire lane.
