November 4, 2002

11:45 a.m., Valentine Hall: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

1:45 p.m., Williston Hall: A contractor reported the theft of a sign.

November 6, 2002

1:06 a.m., Stone Dormitory: Officers responded to a report of an unauthorized party. The officers dispersed the party and confiscated an unlicensed keg, fining one student $100.

November 8, 2002

2:29 a.m., North College: Officers responded to a loud music complaint on the fourth floor.

November 9, 2002

1:00 a.m., Seelye House: Two students reported they were assaulted by a group of men. The students required medical attention. Although they were able to identify some of the assailants, the students declined to pursue criminal charges.

1:47 a.m., Seelye: Officers found a student smoking a marijuana cigarette and confiscated it. The officers filed a report with the deans' office. The officers observed another student urinating near the east entrance and fined the student $100 for the offensive behavior.

3:29 a.m., Pratt Dormitory: A resident reported three unfamiliar men sleeping in the common room. An officer responded and learned that they were guests of a resident.

4:56 a.m., Pond Dormitory: An officer observed two kegs in the back of a truck. The officer confiscated the kegs and fined a student $200.

8:40 a.m., Seligman Lot: A vehicle was towed.

2:00 p.m., Pratt Field: Town police arrested Andrew Kerns '04 and charged him with disorderly conduct.

4:30 p.m., Orr Rink: An officer responded to a report of two local youths acting in an unruly manner.

4:40 p.m., Gym Complex: Officers responded to a report of a man passed out on the lawn.

8:18 p.m., Coolidge Dormitory: Officers encountered a visitor to campus with an unlicensed keg and confiscated it.

10:15 p.m., James Hall: Excessive cigarette smoke activated a fire alarm on the fourth floor. Officers fined residents $100.

11:46 p.m., Mayo-Smith House: Officers confiscated an unlicensed keg from the basement and fined the residents $100. The officers also discovered that the propped door alarm on the basement door had been vandalized.

November 10, 2002

12:07 a.m., Hitchcock House: Officers confiscated three unlicensed kegs from the basement and fined the residents $300. The officers also found a man passed out on the ground near the house and called an ambulance.

1:45 a.m., Buckley Recital Hall: An alumnus reported that he was assaulted by three men. The responding officers were able to identify the men but the victim was unsure as to whether he would pursue criminal charges or not.

2:14 a.m., Hamilton: An officer found two unlicensed kegs. The officer fined one student $100 for one keg and house residents $100 for the second keg.

2:49 a.m., Hitchcock: A student DJ reported that a box of records and a light were stolen from the common room while he was loading his vehicle.

3:07 a.m., Davis Dormitory: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and found that four people had been cut with a razor. Charges are pending against two suspected individuals who are not students.

10:00 a.m., Davis An officer found an unlicensed keg in the basement and fined residents $100.
