10:58 p.m., Appleton Dormitory: An unidentified person pulled an alarm station for no apparent reason, activating a fire alarm. Campus Police fined residents $100.

December 18, 2002

3:36 a.m., Waldorf-Astoria: Campus Police dispatched an officer and an ambulance to assist an intoxicated student.

10:31 a.m., Main Campus: Campus Police issued a trespass notice to a student from Dartmouth College.

11:38 a.m., Alumni House: Campus Police dispatched an officer and an ambulance for a man who was experiencing chest pain.

12:03 p.m., Merrill Science Center: An officer responded to a report of an unfamiliar man who was going door to door selling calendars.

6:40 p.m.: An officer met with a student regarding a domestic issue.

December 20, 2002

12:31 p.m., Hills Lot: A student reported that his car window had been smashed and his car stereo had been stolen.

4:02 p.m., Pond Dormitory: A malfunctioning detector in the basement activated a fire alarm.

December 23, 2002:

8:35 a.m., Crossett Dormitory: An officer testing smoke detectors in the residence halls found a keg in a room and fined the resident $100.

10:30 a.m., Morrow Dormitory: An officer testing smoke detectors found three pipes in a room which appeared to have been used to smoke marijuana. The officer confiscated the pipes and sent a report to the dean of students' office.

1:30 p.m., Stone Dormitory : An officer testing smoke detectors found four kegs in the common area and fined residents $400.

December 26, 2002

11:40 p.m., Memorial Hill: Campus Police dispatched an officer and ambulance when a person injured himself sledding.

January 1, 2003

8:34 a.m., Seelye House: An officer testing smoke detectors found a student in the building without authorization.

11:31 a.m., Plimpton House: An officer testing smoke detectors found two students in the building without authorization. The officer also found that someone had broken into a third-floor room.

January 6, 2003

2:00 a.m., Main Campus: Campus Police towed four vehicles parked in violation of the winter parking ban.

January 8, 2003

2:11 a.m., Crossett: Officers responded to a noise complaint regarding a second-floor suite.

12:43 p.m., Crossett: A student reported the theft of a jacket worth $375 from a third-floor room.

8:30 p.m., Seligman House: An employee reported the theft of a bag containing $100 cash, credit cards and keys from the common room.

January 10, 2003

10:09 a.m.: An employee reported a motor vehicle accident that had occurred on December 23, 2002.

2:48 p.m., Newport House: An officer checked on the well being of a resident at the request of the dean of students' office.

January 12, 2003

1:49 p.m., Orr Rink Parking Lot: A town resident reported that someone had backed into his vehicle.
