January 16, 2003

2:53 a.m., Crossett Dormitory: Officers responded to a noise complaint regarding a second-floor suite.

11:14 p.m., The Waldorf-Astoria: Campus Police towed a vehicle parked outside.

January 17, 2003

1:50 p.m., Johnson Chapel: An employee reported that a filing cabinet may have been tampered with and some mail may have been taken.

January 18, 2003

10:57 p.m., Keefe Campus Center: Officers responded to a report of a person passed out in the theater.

January 19, 2003:

3:01 a.m., Plimpton Dormitory: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

1:47 p.m., Alumni Lot: A dispatcher monitoring closed-circuit T.V. observed a door open on a vehicle. An officer investigated but did not find any other unusual activity.

January 20, 2003

9:39 a.m., Orr Rink: An officer investigated a motor vehicle accident.

5:41 p.m., Clark House: An attic detector activated a fire alarm for no apparent reason.

6:39 p.m., Newport House: Steam from a clothes dryer activated a fire alarm.

9:16 p.m., Davis Dormitory: An officer discovered an unlicensed keg and fined one student $100.

January 21, 2003

12:03 a.m., Crossett: Campus Police towed a vehicle.

7:37 p.m., Cole Assembly Room: A student reported the theft of a Dell laptop computer.

10:01 p.m., Crossett: Officers responded to a report of someone lying on the ground. The officers found a student who was using a telescope to view the stars.

January 23, 2003

1:04 a.m., Mayo-Smith House: Officers responded to a loud party complaint. The officers confiscated a keg and fined one student $100.

2:54 a.m., Crossett: Officers responded to a noise complaint regarding a second-floor suite.

January 24, 2003

2:02 a.m., Seligman House: A resident reported finding evidence that someone had been in her room during her absence.

4:56 p.m., Alumni Gym: Officers responded to a request by staff to remove unauthorized people.

10:45 p.m., Hamilton House: Officers found and confiscated a large amount of hard alcohol in the basement common room in preparation for an unauthorized party.

January 25, 2003

9:42 p.m., Mayo-Smith: An officer discovered a keg in the common room and fined residents $100.

11:44 p.m., Stearns Hall: Campus Police dispatched officers and an ambulance to assist an intoxicated student.

January 26, 2003

12:36 a.m., James Hall: Campus police dispatched officers and an ambulance to assist an intoxicated student.

1:43 a.m., Davis: An officer discovered a keg in the basement and fined one student $100.

2:59 a.m., North College: An officer responded to a report of a man yelling outside the building but did not find anybody upon investigation.

3:11 a.m., Crossett: Officers responded to a complaint about a loud party in a first-floor suite. They confiscated a keg and fined a student $100.

3:35 a.m., Crossett: Officers responded to a noise complaint.

7:33 a.m., Little Red School House: An employee reported a broken window.

January 27, 2003

12:37 a.m., Stone Dormitory: Campus Police responded to a report that one of the entrances was covered with shaving cream. While officers were investigating, they received a noise complaint was received for a third-floor suite. Officers located an unlicensed keg and fined the residents $100.

2:15 a.m., Main Campus: Campus Police towed five vehicles from the main campus because they were parked in violation of the winter parking ban.

3:20 a.m., Pond Dormitory: An officer passing through the basement discovered a keg and fined residents $100.

4:26 a.m., Jenkins Dormitory: Officers responded to a noise complaint regarding a first-floor suite.

4:30 p.m., Crossett: A resident of reported the theft of laptop computer and a video camera from his unlocked room.

January 28, 2003

3:54 a.m., Main Campus:Campus Police towed a vehicle from main campus because it was parked in violation of the winter parking ban.
