9:35 a.m., Valentine Hall: A malfunctioning detector activated a fire alarm.

2:08 p.m., James Hall: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured student.

2:25 p.m., Valentine: Steam from a shower activated a fire alarm.

7:11 p.m., Merrill Science Center: Officers checked on a 911 "hang up" call from a payphone but found no problem.

11:59 p.m., Newport House: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student.

September 15, 2003

12:07 a.m., Pond Dormitory: Popcorn burning in a microwave activated a fire alarm. Officers fined one resident $100 for the alarm and another student $25 for the microwave.

September 16, 2003

11:48 a.m., Seeley Mudd Building:An employee reported the theft of a Sanyo projector from an audio visual closet on the second floor.

September 18, 2003

2:02 a.m., Mayo-Smith Parking Lot: An officer responded to a noise complaint from a town resident.

2:33 p.m., Moore Dormitory: Campus Police dispatched an officer and an ambulance to assist an ill employee.

11:26 p.m., Coolidge Dormitory: Campus Police dispatched an officer in response to a report of a bottle being thrown through a window.

11:32 p.m., Davis Dormitory: What appeared to be marijuana smoke activated a fire alarm in a second-floor suite. Officers fined the room group $100 for the alarm and fined one student $100 for tampering with a smoke detector. They confiscated a microwave oven and assessed a $25 fine.

September 19, 2003

1:06 a.m., Mayo-Smith House: Officers responded to noise complaint from a town resident. An officer cleared out a gathering in a first floor room and confiscated two unlicensed kegs from the common room. Officers fined residents $200.

2:27 a.m., Valentine: Campus Police dispatched an officer and ACEMS to assist an intoxicated student on the second floor.

2:27 a.m., James: Campus Police dispatched an officer and ACEMS to assist an intoxicated student on the third floor.

September 20, 2003

2:10 a.m., The Waldorf-Astoria: Officers investigated an incident where a student felt threatened by another student who showed a knife.

2:33 a.m., Davis: Officers responded to a complaint of loud music coming from a first-floor suite.

4:13 a.m., Mayo-Smith: An officer checked a third-floor room in response to a noise complaint from a town resident. Officers returned at 4:29 a.m. after receiving a second complaint and cleared all non-residents from the room.

7:16 p.m., Moore: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

10:00 p.m., Alumni House: Officers removed an unwanted person.

10:56 p.m., Coolidge: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

September 21, 2003

12:46 a.m., Pond: An officer and ACEMS were dispatched to the basement of Pond to assist an intoxicated student.

1:29 a.m., Porter House: An officer patrolling near the building found an intoxicated woman being carried by another student and called ACEMS. An ambulance was then called at their request.

1:29 a.m., Keefe Campus Center: An officer on patrol found an intoxicated student near the building and called ACEMS.
