2:40 a.m., Mayo-Smith House: Officers responded to a complaint about loud music on the second floor. Officers responded again after Campus Police received a second complaint at 3:04 a.m.

9:05 p.m, Mayo-Smith: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

February 21, 2004

10:14 a.m., Pond Dormitory: Cooking smoke in a first-floor suite activated a fire alarm. Officers fined the room group $100. 

3:02 p.m., The Plaza: Burned food activated a fire alarm. Officers fined residents $100.

11:20 p.m., Seelye House: Officers responded to a second floor room, where a student reported that he found his door damaged.

12:34 a.m., Valentine Hall: Officers working at Casino! responded to a report that someone smashed a window in the "champagne" room in West.

10:39 p.m., Robert Frost Library: An officer responded to a report of an employee falling on the ice.

12:58 a.m., Pond: Officers responded to a noise complaint.

February 24, 2004

12:30 p.m., South Pleasant Street: A student reported that three males in a car had accosted her as she walked down the street on Feb. 13.

1:00 p.m., Pratt Museum: An employee reported the theft of a banner.

February 25, 2004

2:46 p.m., Social quad: An officer encountered a bleeding boy after he was assaulted at an off campus location. Campus Police provided medical aid and called the Amherst Town Police.

February 26, 2004

3:00 p.m., Jenkins Dormitory: A resident reported that someone had stolen his blue Peugot bicycle. Later, an officer on patrol near Hills Lot found the bicycle.

February 27, 2004

12:40 a.m., Moore Dormitory: Officers responded to a noise complaint and confiscated an unlicensed keg. The officers fined one student $100. Officers also discovered broken glass in a fire door. Officers identified the responsible student and will charge him for the repairs.

12:52 a.m., Pond: Officers responded to a noise complaint in the basement and cleared out a small unauthorized party. The officers confiscated an unlicensed keg and fined one student $100.
