February 27, 2004

1:33 a.m., Stone Dormitory: Officers shut down an unauthorized party in a first-floor suite. Officers confiscated an unlicensed keg and fined the room group $100.  

1:33 a.m., Seelye House: Officers shut down an unauthorized party. The officers confiscated an unlicensed keg and fined one student $100.

2:17 a.m., Coolidge Dormitory: Officers shut down an unauthorized party in a second-floor suite. The officers confiscated an unlicensed keg and fined the room group $100.

2:33 a.m., Coolidge: Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation outside. The officers checked but found nothing.

 2:47 p.m., Coolidge: Officers recovered an unlicensed keg from a fire escape. The officers fined one student $100.

February 28, 2004

1:18 a.m. : Officers arrested Anthony Guetti '04 and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

1:44 a.m., Crossett Dormitory: Officers responded to a complaint of loud music and yelling in a third-floor suite. While in the building, officers found an unlicensed keg in the basement. Officers fined residents $100.

2:30 a.m., Charles Drew House: Officers responded to a report of a fight involving several people. Campus Police called Amherst Town Police for assistance.

6:33 p.m., Stearns Dormitory: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured student.

10:33 p.m., Crossett: Officers responded to a complaint about loud music. Officers issued warnings in a first-floor suite and two third-floor suites. Officers confiscated an unlicensed keg from the first-floor suite and fined residents $100.

11:33 p.m., Seligman House: Officers responded to a complaint about loud music. Campus Police received a second complaint at 12:26 a.m. and a third at 12:55 a.m. Campus Police received a fourth complaint at 1:26 a.m. Officers responded and cleared the house of all non-residents.

February 29, 2004

1:55 a.m., Pratt Dormitory: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an intoxicated student.

2:35 a.m., Hitchcock House: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and discovered a physical confrontation between several students. Officers took one student into protective custody and took the student to the town lockup.

March 1, 2004

2:50 a.m., Hamilton House: Officers responded to a request from student security to clear out the building after a party. Officers encountered several uncooperative students who eventually left the house.

3:45 a.m., Stearns: Officers responded to a complaint about loud music on the third floor.

2:58 p.m., James Dormitory: Smoke from birthday candles activated a fire alarm on the second floor.  

11:05 p.m., Crossett and Stone: Officers responded to complaints about loud music in a third-floor suite in Crossett and in a first-floor suite in Stone. While at Crossett an officer confiscated some marijuana and a smoking pipe from one student.

March 4, 2004

2:29 a.m., Davis Dormitory: Officers responded to a complaint about noise in a second-floor suite. Officers shut down an unauthorized party and confiscated two unlicensed kegs. Officers charged one student $100 for one keg and charged a room group $100 for the second keg.

March 5, 2004

4:29 a.m., Pond Dormitory: Officers responded to a complaint about noise in a third-floor suite.

9:33 p.m., Seligman: A fire alarm was activated for no apparent reason.

10:37 p.m., Crossett: An officer on patrol found a student in a stairway with a keg. The officer fined the student $100.

March 6, 2004

12:30 a.m., Pratt: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS and an ambulance to assist an injured student.
