9:19 p.m., O'Connell Lot: An officer assisted Amherst Town Police with a car accident involving a pedestrian.

10:41 p.m., Pratt Dormitory: Officers found underage students with alcohol. The officers confiscated the alcohol.

Oct. 15, 2004

12:11 a.m., Crossett Dormitory: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

2:42 a.m., Charles Drew House: An officer responded to a noise complaint about a loud television. The officer issued a warning to the resident.

3:43 a.m., Stone Dormitory: Campus Police towed a vehicle that was parked illegally.

5:09 p.m., Tuttle Farm: An officer found three students trespassing and ordered them to leave.

6:22 p.m., Valentine Dining Hall: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured employee.

11:00 p.m., Campus Police: Campus Police received information from the Health Center about a student who was having emotional difficulty.

11:06 p.m., Pratt: Officers on patrol heard loud noise coming from a second-floor room. The officers entered the room and found several underage students with alcohol. The officers instructed non-residents to leave the dorm and confiscated the alcohol.

Oct. 16, 2004

12:42 a.m., Coolidge Dormitory: A discharged fire extinguisher activated a fire alarm. Officers fined the residents $100 for the alarm and an additional $100 for discharging the extinguisher.

1:11 a.m., Crossett: An officer investigated a duress alarm. 

1:14 a.m., train tracks: An officer found three students who were within 10 feet of a passing train. The officer warned the students about trespassing on railroad property.

2:08 a.m., Mayo-Smith House: Excessive cigarette smoke activated a fire alarm. Responding officers fined residents $100.

11:51 a.m., Hitchcock Fields: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to help assist an injured rugby player.
