3:18 a.m., Pratt Dormitory: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student.

9:22 p.m., Pond Dormitory: An officer checked on noise coming from the basement and found students with two kegs. The officer confiscated the kegs and fined one student $100 for one keg. The officer fined residents $100 for the second keg.

10:23 p.m., Porter House: Smoking from someone cooking in the kitchen activated a fire alarm. Officers fined residents $100.

Oct. 24, 2004

2:05 a.m., Wieland Dormitory: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured student.

3:27 a.m., The Plaza: Officers responded to a report of loud, intoxicated students in a room. The officers warned the students.

4:06 a.m., Hitchcock House: Officers responded to a complaint about loud music on the third floor. The officers issued a warning.

10:54 a.m., Campus Police: A student reported a sexual assault.  The matter is currently under investigation.

5:24 p.m., Converse Parking Lot: An officer responded to a report of a man acting in a suspicious manner. When the officer arrived, the man was gone.

Oct. 25, 2004

5:26 a.m., The Plaza: A student burned a bag of popcorn in the microwave, causing smoke to activate a fire alarm. Campus police fined the student $100.

Oct. 26, 2004

3:49 a.m., Stone Dormitory: Campus Police towed a vehicle parked outside in a tow zone.

10:32 a.m., Fayerweather Lot: An officer investigated a motor vehicle accident.

2:44 p.m., North Dormitory: A resident reported the theft of a robe.

Oct. 27, 2004

2:07 a.m., Stone Dormitory: Officers responded to the report of an intoxicated person in the north stairway. The officers determined that the student did not require medical attention and transported the student back to his room in South Dormitory.    

4:52 p.m., Valentine Hall: Campus Police dispatched the Amherst Fire Department to respond to a fire in a fryolator.
