3:00 a.m., Main Campus: Campus Police towed eight cars parked in violation of the winter parking ban.

10:35 a.m., Merrill Science Center: An officer investigated a 9-1-1 hang-up call but found no problem.

10:28 p.m., Pratt Pool: Officers responded to an employee's report that a group of unruly people refused to leave. When the officers arrived, the people were already gone.

Dec. 11, 2004

1:15 a.m., Humphries House: Someone pulled an alarm station for no apparent reason, activating a fire alarm. Campus Police fined residents $100.

3:02 a.m., Pond Dormitory: Officers responded to a resident's complaint about loud music. The officers located the source in a second-floor suite and instructed the residents to lower the music. While in the suite, the officers confiscated an unlicensed keg and fined the residents $100.

Dec. 11, 2004

10:42 a.m., Alumni Gymnasium: A student reported that her iPod (serial# GQ418005NLW) was stolen from an unlocked locker in the women's locker room. The iPod is valued at approximately $450.

1:12 p.m., Stone Dormitory: An officer investigated a minor motor vehicle accident that occurred behind the building.

4:58 a.m., Main Campus: Campus Police towed a car parked in violation of the winter parking ban.

5:07 p.m., Wilson Admission Center: Smoke from burning popcorn activated a fire alarm. Officers reset the system.

8:30 p.m., Freshman Quad: Someone recovered a menorah that had been stolen from the town common and returned it to Campus Police.

10:43 p.m., Moore Dormitory: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured student.

Dec. 13, 2004

4:39 p.m., The Waldorf-Astoria: Smoke from burning popcorn in the common room activated a fire alarm. Campus Police notified Physical Plant to replace the microwave.

Dec. 14, 2004 10:40 a.m., Alumni Gymnasium: An officer investigated a 9-1-1 hang-up call but found no problem.

Dec. 15, 2004

5:55 p.m., Williston Hall: A student activated a fire alarm by tampering with the alarm station. Campus Police fined the student $100.
