A student activated a fire alarm by burning a small amount of paper. Officers fined the student $200.

Campus Police dispatched an officer and an ambulance to a medical emergency.

8:20 p.m., Mayo-Smith

Officers responded to complaint about a loud party. Officers shut down a small party on the third floor and confiscated alcohol.
