Help Wanted: 2008 Pres. Candidate
It's late September of 2006, and already presidential wannabes are pouring into the early primary states of Iowa and New Hampshire. More than two years before voters choose the next president of the United States, and almost a year and a half before the 2008 Iowa caucuses, candidates are flooding Democratic and Republican powwows, eating fried chicken at state fairs and generally heaping partisan promises on potential primary voters. Whether John McCain, Mitt Romney, Hillary Clinton or John Kerry, each one is claiming to be the most loyal party member, firmly anchored to the inflexible ideology of the left or right wing.
