Correction
In the Jan. 31 "Eating Out" column by Leigh Rivlin, changes made by the editorial staff resulted in several errors. The dish referred to in the published article as "mutta paneer" is actually called "mutter paneer." The article also noted that the Lake Palace is used by "Maharana of Udaipur and his family"; it should instead have referred to "the Maharana" and stated that it was to be used by the royal family after it was built in 1743. The third-last paragraph of the column mentioned "spinach with pine nuts and cauliflower curry" at the restaurant Neel Kamal; the sentence implied that this was one dish, when it fact Neel Kaman offered two separate dishes, spinach with pine nuts, and cauliflower curry.
