The polls are closed, the voting's done, and now one candidate's having his day in the sun. Bush, Nader, Gore, those are the big three, but for now, let's just concentrate on our own Little Three. Little Three in the NESCAC, that's the one that we mean, 'cuz last weekend the Firedogs lived out their Tournament dream. First they beat Tufts, then Trinity, too, and then in the final through Bates College flew. So the 'Dogs killed them all, but one really rose, Erica Hewes kept the other teams on their toes. Leading the squad with almost four kills a game, Erica deserves this week's Bub's rhyming fame. Hewes has racked up 408 on the season. To not give her this Bub's would be considered treason. Since she was a freshman, she's been getting it done; so today she's also getting her day in the sun. So you can all choose or lose, it's important to vote. And as far as we're concerned, that's all she wrote. So head down to Bub's, Erica, it's just over the hill. And now, at the Big Dance, get us a few more kills.
