•Nick Rieser '01

Rieser, the starting goaltender for the men's hockey team, led the Jeffs over Interterm. In one two-game stretch, Rieser faced an astounding 90 shots, and he let only five of them get past him. On the season Rieser has compiled a 6-3-2 record with 2.33 goals allowed per game.

•Ben Hopkins '03

Hopkins has dominated the competition this season in both the one- and three-meter diving events. To date, he has won 11 of the 12 events he has competed in. His only loss was in the three-meter to All-American Derek Chicarilli of Middlebury, but Hopkins got his revenge with a win in the one-meter.

•Sarah Walker '03

On the young women's basketball team, Walker has been a steadying influence. She has dominated play at both ends of the court recently, most notably turning in a 10- point, 18-rebound, five-block performance against Tufts University. The Jeffs, despite few returning players, are 15-3 this season.

•Mike Pohorylo '04

Pohorylo is the only male Jeff swimmer to be undefeated in his primary events. So far this season, Pohorylo has racked up eight straight wins in the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke. Against Hamilton College, Pohorylo set a new pool record in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:11:50.

•Jim Smith '01

As the men's hockey team has battled against difficult competition Smith has dominated. Smith leads the Jeffs offensive unit, carrying 24 points off of nine goals and 15 assists in the Jeffs' 16 games so far. Smith had a goal and four assists in last Saturday's 8-2 blowout win over Skidmore College.
