•Connecticut College

The men's lacrosse team defeated two NESCAC rivals last week, Amherst and Tufts University. The Camels defeated the Jeffs 11-9, with the help of four goals from senior Matt Rousseau. The 15-8 win over Tufts was the final game of a 9-4 regular season for the Camels.

•Williams College

Sophomore Rite Forte was an integral member of the women's outdoor track team's win in the NESCAC Championships. Forte qualified nationally for the NCAA Division III Championships and set quite possibly the best mark in the nation with her jump of 18' 10.75". She then proceeded to win the 100m high hurdles.

•Hamilton College

The women's softball team swept a home double-header against NESCAC West rival Middlebury College last Saturday, winning 7-5 in the first game, and 4-3 in the second game. The wins marked the last NESCAC games of the season for the Continentals who finished the season 4 -4 in the NESCAC.

•Middlebury College

Women's lacrosse team senior Betsey Wheeler was named NESCAC player of the week. The Panthers won both its games last week with the help of Wheeler's nine goals and three assists. Wheeler has 44 goals and seven assists on the season for 51 points, helping Middlebury to their number-one ranking.
