In Latham's first collegiate basketball game, she came off the bench to lead the Jeffs to a 74-59 win over Mt. Holyoke College. Latham scored 19 points and collected 11 rebounds to complete her first collegiate double-double. Latham's teammates will surely look for her to duplicate her stellar performance this weekend as they travel to Springfield College to compete in the Pioneer Valley Tournament.

•Tory Serues '05E

Despite her team's early-season slump, Tory Serues has been a consistent contributor to the women's hockey team this year. After scoring Amherst's first goal of the season against Williams, Serues netted her second of the year this week in a hard-fought tie against Conn. College. Look for Serues to add to her point total this weekend when the women travel to Colby to take on the White Mules.
