Sophomore swimmer Rebecca Stein spent this past weekend racking up gold medals against the competition from M.I.T. and Hartwick Coll-ege. On Saturday, Stein won both the 100- and 200-yard freestyle events. Before she even had time to dry off, the speedy second-year was back in the pool both as a member of the winning 400-yard medley relay against Hartwick, as well as in the individual 500-yard freestyle race.

Hayes, a senior tri-captain on the indoor track team had no trouble adjusting to a new event, the 60m hurdles, as he finished in first place at the Dartmouth Invitational on Feb. 1. In addition, Hayes joined first-years Ngai Otieno and Dave Schreiner, and sophomore Matt Katz to finish fourth in the 4 x 200m relay event. Hayes will look to add to an already impressive season this weekend at the Cardinal Invitational.
