On Saturday night, Hamilton College comes to Orr Rink to face off against an Amherst team hungry for a trip to the NESCAC Tournament. As of now, the Jeffs are in possession of the final spot for the NESCAC playoffs, but Connecticut College is in hot pursuit. A win over Hamilton would not guarantee the Jeffs a playoff spot, but would definitely help their chances. To pull off a win, Amherst will rely on leading scorer Danielle Williams '03 to produce up front. In addition, the Jeffs will need senior goaltender Heidi Alexander to remain strong between the pipes. With strong play and continued leadership from their seniors in their final game at Orr Rink, the Jeffs will buzz on Saturday night as they solidify their bid for postseason play.
