Senior center Pat Fitzsimons led the men's basketball team to a first-round NESCAC tourney victory over Bowdoin College. Fitzsimons paced the Jeffs with 20 points, including the 1,000th of his career. In addition, he broke the NESCAC tournament rebounding record, pulling down 17 boards and matching his personal record of six blocks. A healthy Fitzsimons will be a key player as the Jeffs vie for the NESCAC and NCAA titles.

Kate Hamill '03

Senior tri-captain Kate Hamill concluded the indoor track season with impressive performances. Last week in the Tufts Stampede, Hamill grabbed second place in the 800-meter run. To top this off, Hamill earned All-New England honors along with the rest of her Distance Medley Relay teammates, placing fourth at the Div. III New England Championships. She ended the indoor track season with a fifth-place finish in the 600-meter run.
