This Friday evening in Williamstown, the men's basketball team will go up against the University of Rochester in the third round of the NCAA Tournament. In its 84-60 victory over Southern Vermont College in the second round last Saturday, Amherst relied on astounding 12-30 shooting performance from three-point range. The Yellowjackets are coming off a 73-62 win in the second round against Western Connecticut State University. To force a potential Elite Eight game with Williams, Amherst will look to continue its hot outside shooting, as well as contain Rochester's talented front court. Only four wins from a National Championship, Amherst should be at its best again on Friday.
