2003 College Sports Information Directors (CoSIDA) Academic District 1 College Division Men's Soccer First Team

Senior quad-captain defender Mike York, a Spanish and economics double major, was voted to the CoSida Academic District 1 Men's Soccer First Team last week. York, who was Amherst's top defender and fourth-leading scorer with five goals and two assists, is also under consideration for the CoSida All-America team.

With a 5K time of 18:13.6, first-year Shauneen Garrahan won the NESCAC Championship individual title and led the women's cross country team to second place overall, the team's highest finish ever. For her performance, Garrahan received Most Outstanding Performer and Rookie of the Year accolades.
