Sophomore guard Bedford paced the Jeffs in a tough overtime loss to Williams with 15 points and a career-high eight boards. Bedford nearly won the game on a length-of-the-court drive at the end of regulation, but a non-call by the official forced his effort to go to waste. Bedford had an excellent Interterm, highlighted by a 25-point effort in a trouncing of Middlebury and 13 points in Amherst's earlier, non-conference win over Williams.
Sisti took home NESCAC Women's Hockey Player of the Week honors on Jan. 19 after notching two goals and three assists in two Amherst victories, including the game-tying and game-winning goals against New England College on Jan. 14. Sisti scored a power play goal to tie the game at 2-2 with time winding down and then added the unassisted clincher in overtime to give the Jeffs the win. The previous day, Sisti had two assists in a 6-3 win over St. Michael's College. One of her assists came on the game-winning goal.
