Eighteenth-ranked men's lax won twice last week:

Bates and Bowdoin fell, and the Jeffs are on a streak.

On Wednesday they beat the Bobcats in a hard-fought game,

but Saturday's win against Bowdoin proved harder to claim.

Andrew Syfu's a senior attacker and the Jeffs' face-off champ,

and on this key contest he certainly left his stamp.

Syfu won six face-offs out of eight for the squad;

helping prove that the Polar Bears' 11th rank was a facade.

He also notched the game-winner, score number seven on the year,

the Jeffs have got to give him props for putting this game in the clear.

One game remains in the regular season as we roll into Williamstown,

then it's NESCAC Tournament time, and Bub's expects a crown.
