Bub's Player of the Week: John Bedford '06
By Lauren Benson, Managing Sports Editor
Earning Player of the Week twice in a row hasn't been done before,

But John Bedford has given a performance Bub's could not ignore!

In the first minutes of the NCAA game neither team could score,

Unfortunately for the Continentals, Bedford found a cure.

He opened with a three-pointer, but his total was 10 times more;

On Hamilton's chances of winning, Bedford shut the door.

The senior has the fifth-most career points; a Jeff legend to be sure;

If he continues this phenomenal play, who knows what's in store.

On Saturday the Jeffs host the Jumbos to continue their epic war:

It will be the third time the squads battle on the same floor.

With Bedford leading the way, Tufts is certainly done for;

This season's Jeffs are champions to the core.

Two wins this weekend means a ticket to the Final Four;

Let's go Amherst! Bub's knows the Jeffs will soar.
