The women's lacrosse attackers have had some valuable lessons.
They shot 19 past the Camels, and charged the Ephs for 12 more;
But McEvoy's supurb play kept their opponents off the board.
Facing a Jeff defense that's ranked seventh in the nation,
A derth of goals was Conn. and Williams' main frustration.
McEvoy was amazing as Amherst won the Little Three crown-
She faced 16 Williams shots and turned 10 of them down.
Compared to all Div. III goalies, McEvoy's GAA is seventh best,
Among her NESCAC counterparts, she is better than the rest.
With two lopsided wins this week the Jeffs are on a roll;
Look for some more Amherst wins with McEvoy in goal.
Next up is Wheaton, then four big NESCAC games remain;
Just a few more wins-Bub's can almost taste the champagne!
