This weekend Piper Crowell '07 showed why she was named First-Team All-NESCAC. In the Jeffs' game against Kean University, the goalkeeper posted two stops in the win, leading her team to victory and onto the next round. In the next game against Wheaton College, Crowell did not give the Lyons a chance to come back even though the Jeffs were leading 2-0. When Kathleen Carroll of Wheaton had free range of the net, Crowell dove for an amazing save. Crowell added another shutout to her list and brought the Jeffs to the Round of 16.
