The men's ice hockey team is undefeated: its record is 3-0-1;
In the Ben McCabe Tournament, the Jeffs were second to none.
Amherst's offense has had no trouble getting on the board;
During the first four games, 22 Jeff goals have been scored.
Activity at the other end of the ice has been pretty still,
As goalie Josh Fillman has been making saves at will.
The first game of the tourney, Fillman played like a brick wall;
Connecticut fired 27 shots and this Jeff stopped them all.
On Sunday Amherst played in the Championship game;
Again the Jeffs put the Wesleyan Cardinals to shame.
Fillman was the catalyst that propelled the Amherst win;
He stonewalled 31 shots, much to Wesleyan's chagrin.
For his efforts, Fillman was named tournament MVP;
How far can he carry his team? Bub's can't wait to see.
