Both the women's ice hockey and men's basketball teams will make appearances in the NCAA Final Four this weekend. The women have come a long way since their 5-1 loss to Plattsburgh State earlier in the season, and they are seeking revenge against the first-seeded Cardinals. Krystyn Elek '10 has been stellar in goal during Amherst's incredible run through the postseason. The men's basketball team will face the second-seeded and winningest team of the decade, the College of Wooster at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, Va. The Jeffs are led by point guard Andrew Olson '08, who has been named NESCAC Player of the Year and recently Sectional MVP for the second time in his career.
