In the process Jen Murphy proved her presence is vital.

The Simsbury native won every match in both singles and doubles;

Her spin and tough strokes caused her opponents many troubles.

In the 7-2 win over Bowdoin, Murphy did not disappoint;

For president, it should be Jen that we appoint.

The final match was tied 4-4 when it came down to jen;

In the last match of the day, she made sure the Jeffs won again.

After losing the first set, she came back to win the next two;

Her clutch play made the Williams crew say BOO!

Jen had people in the crowd shaking with nerves;

But victory is what the calm Murphy serves.

A National Championship is the next goal for the team;
