Game of the Week: Football at Williams College
By Anjie Zheng & Jasmine Yang, Sports Editors
This weekend, Amherst football travels to Williamstown, Mass., to continue the age-old Jeffs-Ephs rivalry. The whole nation will witness this matchup of archrivals, as ESPN will be broadcasting College GameDay from Williamstown in honor of the storied matchup, called the "Biggest Little Game in America."

The Jeffs currently hold a 4-3 record, and Williams stands at 5-2. For years, the Jeffs have not been able to defeat the Ephs in Williamstown, but the national attention that College GameDay will provide will make Saturday an opportune moment to pick up the long-awaited victory.

The Ephs will have to contend with the Jeffs' consistently competitive players. Running back Aaron Rauh '10 previously earned NESCAC's Offensive Player of the Week honors, and is always a key offensive force. Fellow running back Eric NeSmith '10 leads the Jeffs in rushing yards this season. Rauh, NeSmith and senior linebacker Nick Boehm, the Jeffs' leading tackler, will be forces to watch out for this weekend.
