Senior quad-captain Elise Tropiano is poised to finish her last cross country season with spectacular performances and impressive honors.
At the NESCAC Championships, Tropiano won the 6-kilometer race with a time of 21:49—the only runner to finish under 22 minutes. Tropiano was named NESCAC Most Outstanding Perfomer for this fall and was also selected to the First Team. She received these honors just a week after earning her second NESCAC Performer of the Week for her 5k victory at the Open New England Championships.
Jae '12 - Men's Soccer
First-year foward Jae Heo has been storming the field in his rookie season. In the NESCAC quarterfinal match against Wesleyan University, Heo scored the eventual game-winning goal only four minutes after the starting whistle.
Heo has proven himself to be a leading offensive player. Currently, Heo ranks third in NESCAC with 10 goals for the season—just two behind senior Jake Duker. With Heo as a significant contributing force, the Jeffs are well placed for a bid as NESCAC champions.
