Senior forward Brandon Powers scored two goals, one of them the game winner in a key overtime victory against Bowdoin College. The win continues the Jeffs’ six game winning streak and keeps them at the top of the NESCAC standings.

Powers broke the scoreless tie of the first period 11:44 minutes into play with a goal off a redirect of an Amherst shot.

With little more than two minutes left to play. Bowdoin scored to bring the game into overtime. But Powers wasted no time in clinching the win for the Jeffs. Just 49 seconds into the overtime period, Powers closed the match with the decisive game-winner.
